Shaping the Europe of the future

Are you a recent graduate? Are you looking for an exciting new career? Do you have a good skillset, drive and excellent motivation? The EU institutions are looking for talented graduates and young professionals to fill more than 100 new graduate administrator roles. The role offers a wide range of tasks in policy formulation, operational delivery and resource management. This can be the perfect start to a stimulating and varied career, based in the vibrant cities of Brussels or Luxembourg, where you will get the chance to genuinely make a difference for Europe. You can expect to work on the issues of the day, such as tackling climate change, managing migration, countering terrorism or boosting growth and creating jobs.

The EU institutions require significant levels of resourcefulness, resilience and mental agility, but also offer a wide range of opportunities to broaden your learning, enhance your skills, and develop your career. You will be working in multicultural, international and diverse teams to benefit the lives of over 500 million citizens and beyond.

Don't miss this fantastic career opportunity – registration opens from 8 March to 10 April 2018

Do you have what it takes?

Before you apply, it's important to think carefully about whether an EU career is the right choice for you. As an indication, in 2016 more than 20000 candidates applied but only 1% were invited to the assessment centre. The selection process is highly competitive, as there are only approximately 158 places on the reserve list.

You should be aware that it is not enough to obtain pass marks for the tests. Only the very top scorers pass to the next stage of the selection procedure. The "EU Career, My Career?" questionnaire and the self-assessment test will give you a realistic idea of whether you are likely to meet the high standards required to succeed.

You will need to have a university degree of at least three years, a good command of two European languages and EU citizenship.
