EU civil servant in the European Defence Agency - EDA (2013-2018 in the Crisis Management and Planning Directorate (CMPD) in the European External Action Service; 2006-2013 in the European Commission).
He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science (International Relations) at the University of Warsaw (2003).
Co-founder and 2013-2016 - President of the 'Network PL'. Co-organizer of the Congress of Polish International Experts 'Global Leader' (June 2018).
Member of the Council of the Polish Community in Belgium, the Consultative Council by the Ambassador of Poland in Belgium and member of the jury of the award 'Polish of the Year in Belgium' since 2014.
He also worked at the Ministry of Economy and Labour (2003-2005), where he was responsible for implementation of the EU structural funds in Poland.
