Col. Marek Powalski elected head of NATO’s Resource Policy and Planning Board (RPPB)

Colonel Marek Powalski has been elected head of NATO’s Resource Policy and Planning Board (RPPB), the Permanent Delegation of the Republic of Poland to NATO has announced.

The Resource Policy and Planning Board (RPPB) is the senior advisory body to the North Atlantic Council on the management of all NATO resources. It has responsibility for the overall management of NATO’s civil and military budgets, as well as the NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP) and manpower.

Colonel Powalski will take over as the new RPPB head on September 1. Earlier, he was chairman of NATO's Budget Committee. (PAP)
